She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Hartsell; sister, Patsy Shelton; husband, Joe Shelton,; grandparents, Edward and Lucille Hartsell, Ila and John Huff; and grandson, Joseph Eugene Rice; and mother-in-law, Claudia Wegman. She is survived her mother, Betty Hartsell; husband, Mike Roth, children, Mr. and Mrs. Davey and Jodie Step, Mr. and Mrs. Joe and Wendy Shelton, Angie Rice and husband Keith Hazelwood; grandchildren, Tanner Shelton, Paige Rice; brothers, Allen Hartsell and wife Julie, Jackie Hartsell, Johnny Hartsell and wife Donna all of Bybee; brothers-in-law, Harold Shelton, Doc Shelton, Terry Shelton, Carlie Shelton; and sister-in-law, Shirley Fish all of Bybee; father-in-law, William A. Roth of California; also several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Saturday, September 4, 2010 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Sunday, September 5, 2010 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Centerview Cemetery.
