Paul C. Lane, 73, of Newport, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at this home surrounded by his family.
He was retired from BASF Corporation.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Betty J. Lane.
He is survived by his son, Jeff Lane and daughter-in-law, Marjorie Graham, sisters, Nancy Jo Coakley, Brenda (Fred) Jenkins, Lou Ottinger, Wanda (Ronnie) Carson, brothers, William D. (Joan) Lane, Rick (Mitzi) Lane, several nieces, nephews and family members.
The family would like to express a special “thanks” to Leslie Shepard and Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, December 18, 2015 from 5pm-7pm in the Brown Funeral Home Chapel with funeral service to follow at 7pm. Interment services will be Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 2pm in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
