She was preceded in death by her brothers, James Allen "Shady" Lane and J.C. Lane; one sisters, Polly Shelton, Marie Thomas, Mary Ann Hollaway and Bertha Phillips. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Bill Suggs of Newport; daughter, Katina Sipes of Del Rio; brothers, William Lane of Dandridge, Rick Lane of Parrottsville, and Paul Lane of Greeneville; sisters, Nancy Coakley of Newport, Wanda Carson of Newport, Brenda Jenkins of White Pine, and Lou Ottinger of White Pine; and granddaughter, Chelsea Sipes of Del Rio. Special thanks to Brenda and Fred Jenkins, her special caregivers. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
