(April 28, 1943 - January 1, 2007) Patricia Ramsey Overholt, age 63, of Newport, passed away Monday, January 1, 2007 at her home. She was a loving, wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her father, LeRoy Ramsey and brother, Billy Bruce Ramsey. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Robert Lee Overholt; mother, Mary K. Ramsey; son, Michael Lee Overholt and wife Lisa; daughter, Susan Overholt Drinnon and husband Alan of Lakeland, Floroida; sisters, Barbara Jenkins and husband Gerald “Eddie”, Emma Boley and husband Don; brother, Jimmy Fred Ramsey and wife Janice; grandchildren, Allison, Allen, Alex and Alley Overholt, Danyelle and Ridge Drinnon; brother-in-law, Joseph I. Overholt and wife Charlotte; sister-in-law, Ann Smith and husband Larry of Hopkinsville, KY; several nieces and nephews; also special friends, Evelyn Rhodes, Barbara and Ronnie Davis; and a host of other friends. The family would like to thank Smoky Mountain Home Health & Hospice; and a special thank you to, Tammy Francis, Jennifer Eisenhower, Sharon Miller, Saprina Coggins, Angie Harrell and Julie McCampbell. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at Manes Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, January 4, 2007 in Union Cemetery with Dr. Charlie Boggan and Zane Stuart officiating.
