Dennis, age 52, of Newport, died Sunday morning at his home in Newport. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Dennis, of Newport; father, James Dennis, of Newport; mother, Helen Dennis, of Newport; father-in-law, Troy Turner, of Cosby; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Steve and Jamie Turner, Ricky and Barbara Turner, all of Newport, Terry and Lori Turner, Ronnie and Lorene Turner, all of Greeneville, Jerry and Ann Turner, of Newport, and Kenny and Lisa Turner, of S.C.; brother-in-law, David Turner, of CA; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Anita Faye and Roy Jones, of Durham, N.C.; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and special cousins; and special friends, Scotty Ramsey and Wal-Mart family. Funeral services will be held 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Wright and Rev. Larry Wells officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m. Wednesday morning in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday prior to the services. Manes Funeral Home is in charge.
