Billy Gene Brock, Knoxville, Tennessee, San Diego, CA December 5, 1929 - April 26, 2015. Billy grew up in the Knoxville area and decided to join the Navy in his teenage years. While on duty in San Diego he met his wife Connie and was married for nearly 55 years. Along with his Navy career of 20 years, Billy decided to stay working for the government for another 30 plus years. Billy was the son of James and Maude Brock of Knoxville. He is survived by his brother Vernon Brock of Knoxville and son Michael and his wife Dawn of San Marcos, CA along with two grandchildren Kelsey and Kyle; and son Tommy.
