BROCK, HERMAN K. - age 75, of Knoxville, went home Thursday, January 11, 2001, at Hillcrest North. He was retired from Smith Transfer Company. He was preceded in death by parents, James L. and Melissa Maude Brock; brothers, James, Claude and Clay Brock; sister, Loye Robinson. Survived by wife, Barbara Brock; daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Clarence Pratt; daughter, Darla Sorah; son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Kaye Brock; grandchildren, Kristi Pratt, Christopher and Matthew Sorah, and Sara Brock; great-grandchild, Lily McKenzie Sorah; brothers, Raymond, Bill, Harold, and Vernon Brock; sisters, Ann Huskey and Mary Brock, and several nieces, nephews and friends of the family. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, January 13, 2001, at Highland Memorial West for a 10 a.m. graveside service. The Brock family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at McCarty Mortuary, 4004 Holston Drive.
