CLOTFELTER, TOM RICHARD - age 83 of Jacksboro, passed away Sunday, February 20, 2011 at Mercy Hospice in Halls. Member and former Trustee of Jacksboro First Baptist Church, 45 year member of Jacksboro Masonic Lodge # 320 F&AM. He retired from the Y-12 plant in Oak Ridge after 38 years of service. US Navy Veteran of WWII. He was on the first board of Alderman in City of Jacksboro after its incorporation in 1968 and former member of the Campbell Co. School Board. Preceded in death by parents Thomas E. and Mona Lee Clotfelter; sisters Betty C. Caudill, Maude C. Claiborne and Ada C. Lawson. Survivors: wife of 59 years Betty Wilson Clotfelter; daughter and son-in-law: Nancy C. & O'Neal Taylor, Jacksboro; son & daughter-in-law: T. Byron & Debbie Clotfelter, Winston, GA; daughter and son-in-law: Marsha & Dwaine Boccia, LaFollette; granddaughters: Amy Long, Elizabeth Overstreet, Jacksboro, Jennifer Zoeckler, Atlanta, GA, Kaylee Taylor, Knoxville & Krista Clotfelter, Winston, GA; great-grandsons: Brandon Johnson, Connor McCarty, Johnathon Long, Jacksboro; great-granddaughters: Abby McCarty, Jacksboro & Hadley Collette, Winston, GA; sister: Mary Hannah Henegar, LaFollette; brothers-in-law: J.E. Claiborne, Knoxville and Ben Lawson, Tyler, TX; several nieces & nephews. Thanks to LaFollette Dialysis Center for their care the past two years, also Vital Care Medical Transport teams who always lifted his spirits on their trips, back and forth to dialysis and all other necessary trips. Funeral Service 2 p.m. Tuesday Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Billy Smith officiating. Interment to follow in Jacksboro Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials maybe made to Jacksboro Cemetery Fund P.O. Box 1002 Jacksboro, TN 37757. The family will receive friends 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home, LaFollette
