TOBLER, TOM "TOBE" - 69, of Richmond, Ky. died Wednesday, July 28, 2005. He was born in Knoxville, the son of the late George and Toye Watkins Tobler. He was a Veteran of the Korean War and retired owner of Audio-Visual of Kentucky. He had served as a Richmond City Commissioner for 13 years and was Chairman of the Richmond Parks & Recreation Board for several years. He was a member of the Red House Baptist Church and had been active in the Optimist Club. Survivors include his wife, Charlotte King Tobler, one son, Tim Tobler one daughter, Cindy Hardy (Phil) one precious grandson, Caleb Hardy one brother, Donny Tobler (Emma Lou), of Knoxville, TN two sisters, Brence Johnson (Bill), of St. Petersburg, FL and Helene Lemmons, of Knoxville, TN several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to your favorite charity.
