She was a member Unity Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son, Steve Sprouse; father, Clarence McFalls; and brother, Kenneth McFalls. She is survived by her husband, Frank Sprouse; daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Keith Bryant all of Newport; mother, Cora Sprouse; granddaughter, Hope Bryant of Newport; grandson, Matthew Sprouse of Bean Station; aunt, Mayme Lindsey, of Cosby; also her church family and other friends. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Friday, May 8, 2009 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bill Ball and Rev, Scott Gorrell officiating. Burial will be 10:00 am, Saturday, May 9, 2009 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Thursday, May 7, 2009 and 6-8 pm Friday at prior to the funeral at Manes Funeral
