Johnson - Ownsby engagement
Teresa Jill Johnson, daughter of Mike and Audrey Ogle, of Maryville, is engaged to marry Mark S. "Bubba" Ownsby, son of Betty Best, of Maryville, and the late Fred Ownsby, at 3 p.m. May 30 at Dotson Memorial Baptist Church. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
The future bride is the granddaughter of the late Virgil and Dorothy Webb.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late John and Virgie Bostic and the late Paul and Elma Turner.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of McMinn County High School, Athens. She is head pharmacy tech at CVS Pharmacy.
The bridegroom-to-be is a graduate of William Blount High School. He is a 911 dispatcher in Blount County.

Teresa Jill Johnson, of Maryville, daughter of Mike and Audrey Ogle, of Maryville, was united in marriage with Mark S. "Bubba" Ownsby, of Maryville, son of Betty Best, of Maryville, and the late Fred L. Ownsby, at 3 p.m. May 30 at Dotson Memorial Baptist Church. Commissioner Scott Helton officiated.
Kim Sudduth, of Temple, Ga., was matron of honor and Vicky Ogle, of Maryville, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Teresa Ownsby, Kelly Phillips and Mandy McKelvey, all of Maryville.
Emily Harris and Shyanne Price were flower girls. Payton and Bradley Sudduth were ring bearers. Saria Keller kept the bride's book.
Neal Ownsby, of Maryville, was best man. Groomsmen were Rick Harmon, Gerald Sands, Chuck Lewis and P.K. Roy, all of Maryville. Ushers were Richard Holbert, Bob Teffeteller and Mike Weeks, all of Maryville.
A reception hosted by the parents of the bride was held at the church.
After a wedding trip to Disney World, Florida, the couple are living in Maryville.
The bride is a graduate of McMinn County High School. She is employed as lead pharmacy technician at CVS Pharmacy.
The bridegroom is a graduate of William Blount High School. He is employed as a dispatcher at Blount County Communication Center E-911.
