MORRIS, MARIAN - 69, of Knoxville, died at Baptist Hospital, January 2, 1999. Member of First Baptist Church, Knoxville, a member of ABWA, and an employee of Baptist Hospital over 40 years. Survivors include a sister and brother-in-law, Opal Morris Loveday and James Ottis Loveday of Knoxville; sister, Jeannette Morris Campbell of Marianna, Fla.; nephew, Jerry M. Loveday and wife, Pattie P. Loveday of Knoxville; niece, Judy Loveday Corbett and husband, William David Corbett of Allen, Texas; four great-nephews and nieces, Jeremy Loveday of Cookeville, Tenn., Jennifer Loveday of Cincinnati, Ohio, Katy and Christopher Corbett of Allen, Texas; and longtime friend, Dorothy Lane of Knoxville. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, at McCarty-Weaver's Chapel, 5815 Western Ave., with Dr. Dave Ward officiating. The family will meet friends at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Hwy. for the interment at 3:30 p.m. following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be sent to American Heart Association, 4708 Papermill Rd., Knoxville, TN 37909 or to the charity of your choice. Friends may call at their convenience Tuesday, January 5, 12-8 p.m. at McCarty-Weaver Cumberland Chapel.
