Preceded in death by wife Vada (Archer) Butler parents John & Myrtle Butler long time friend Maxine Stokes. Survivors sons & daughters in-law Chester & Francie Butler of Maynardville, Daniel & Sandra Butler of Knoxville 4 grandchildren 4 great-grandchildren sister Alberta Chittum of Maynardville sister & brother In-law Imogene &Archie Simmons of Knoxville. Family and friends will meet at 10.45 a.m. Tuesday at Milan Church Cemetery for an 11 a.m. graveside service, Rev. Ralph Cox officiating.
