He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Ann Ramsey; grandmother, Trula McGaha and grandfather, Dot Ramsey, Sr.; grandparents, John and Nell Sweeney. He is survived by his children, Michael and Sarah Ramsey, both of Greenbriar, TN; father and stepmother, Joe and Pauline Posey, of Nashville; grandmother, Eva Dean Malone, of Nashville; stepfather, Buddy Don Ramsey, of Newport; brother and his fiancé, Jason Ramsey and Vickie Francis, of Newport; brother and sister-in-law, Jarrett and Christy Ramsey, of Newport; sister and brother-in-law, Cecilia and Chad Fisher, of Georgia; and grandfather, Cecil McGaha, of Newport. Family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday in Greenbriar at the Austin-Bell Funeral Home and from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home in Newport. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday in Union Cemetery with Father Michael Sweeney officiating. Manes Funeral Home in charge.
