The service will be at 2 p.m. CST (3 p.m. EST) today at James & James Funeral Home, Maddox Chapel in Marianna (850-482-2332), with burial at Cow Pen Pond Cemetery near Dellwood. A lifelong resident of Jackson County, she was a homemaker. She was of the Pentecostal Holiness faith. She is survived by five sons, -Ernest Neel, Troy Neel and Hinton Neel, all of Sneads, and Cecil Neel and Jim Neel, both of Grand Ridge; four daughters, Eva Tyus of Grand Ridge, Annie Mae Haney of Marianna, Mattie Williams of Sneads and Ester Manning of Pittman Center, Tenn.; two sisters, Agnes Peacock of Sneads and Doris Medley of Fort Walton Beach; 22 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
