Member of Gayland Heights Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, William B. and Sarah Lawrence Underwood; husband, Archie W. McMahan, 5 brothers and 1 sister. Survivors: daughters, Norma Maranville of Knoxville, Shirley Martin of Maryville, Linda Routh of Jacksonville, Fla.; sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Kay McMahan of Rockwall, Texas, David and Ruth McMahan of Maryville; son, Alan McMahan of Knoxville; sisters, Marie Easterday of Knoxville, Eula Pressley of Knoxville; sister and husband, Imogene and Doug McMahan of Knoxville; 9 grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 8 step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
