(February 10, 1973 - February 5, 2012) Kristie Lou Ottinger Turner, age 38, of Newport, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, February 5, 2012, at Newport Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her father Bill Ottinger and father-in-law, Jerry Turner. She is survived by her husband, Leon Turner; children, Dylan and Mackenzie Ottinger of the home; mother, Lou Ottinger of White Pine, TN; sister, Julie (Jeff) Holdway; and one nephew Josh Holdway; mother-in-law, Mary Jannette Turner of Newport; also brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews; and a host of other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 5-8 pm Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at Manes Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 8, 2012 with Rev. Tommy Ball and Rev.
