Survivors include his wife, Leanna Costner Hall; son, Blaise Hall; step-children, Allen Shults, Dustin Williamson, and Rachel Tolliver; mother, Donna Hall; grandparents, Legatha and Johnny Holt; brother and sister-in-law, Wesley and Crystal Hall; niece, Kaylee Hall; nephew, Michael Hall; father-in-law, Jackie Costner; mother-in-law, Lovella Laws; aunts and uncles, Pam and Tony Rowe, Dinah and Teddy Harrison, Kenny and Darlene Hot, Aurine and John Green, Iva Lee and Charlie Rathbone, Bonnie Hall, Bob and Virgie Hall, Vivian Barnes, Lillian and Roy Cureton, and many cousins and friends. Funeral services were held February 10, 2009 at 8 p.m. in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home with graveside services on February 11, 2009 at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery in Grassy Fork his first cousin Rev. Fred Laws officiated. Pall bearers were Wesley Ford, K.C.
