He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Judy Lewis; children, Tim Walker, Clark W. Lewis Jr., Britney and Caleb Cansler, and Elizabeth Ann Lewis; grandchildren, Margaret Walker, Noah Walker, Aiden Lewis, and Mackenzie Lewis; brothers, Jr. and Hilda Lewis, and Jody Roy; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet 3 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2012, at Old Piney Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Ronnie Whitehead officiating. Friends may call at their convenience after 10 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Funeral Home. The family request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Memorial Funeral Home, 610 Washington Street, Maryville, to help with funeral expenses.
