Grant. Survived by wife, Wilma F. Rush; daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Greg McDonald; son and daughter-in-law, Carl and Betty Rush; grandson, Matthew Craig; granddaughter, Ashley Craig; step-grandchildren, Heather Arnold and KayLee Arnold; and several nieces, nephews, and other family. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 8 pm at Bookwalter United Methodist Church with Rev. David Lord officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm at the church prior to the service.
