Survivors: husband of 72 years, Thomas H. Dupes; daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda Millsaps, Pat Bearfield, Linda and Junior Brock, all of Madisonville, Zora & Lynn Lee, Betty and Terry Millsaps, all of Vonore, Margie and Scott Lane, Maryville; sons and daughters-in-law, David (Bud) and Patricia Dupes, Herbert (Hub) and Ortha Dupes, Jimmy and Anita Dupes- all of Vonore; 30 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; 6 great great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Jane Nichols, Vonore; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by daughters Wanda Barnes, Mary Hester Dupes; grandchildren Mary Sue Dupes, Michael Dupes; sister Carrie Forister; brothers Hillard, McDaniel & Horace Stephens. Funeral 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, Citico Baptist Church, Rev. Barney Tipton, Rev. David Lane, Rev. Lon Stamey officiating. Interment in church cemetery.
