She was preceded in death by her parents, AC and Edith Clevenger; aunt, Ella Mae Fine. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Fine; children, Keith Baxter and wife Johnna; Karen Gilland and husband David; Kelly Fine and LouAnne Fine, all of Newport; brothers and sisters, Ronnie Clevenger and wife Vickie, of Newport, Charles Clevenger and wife Pat of Morristown, Annie Cobble and husband Roy of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Nicholas Baxter and Paige Gilland, Alyvia and Tyra Reagan; mother-in-law, Marie Stokely; aunts, Betty McNabb, Anna Roe Carroll; sister in law, Lou Grooms and husband Tommy, all of Newport; also several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family would like to say a special thank you to Dr. David McConnell. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, November 27, 2009 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Billy Ball officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery.
