Bell; children, Ruth Armstrong Durant and Jonathan Armstrong; grandchildren, Meren Durant and Lucas Armstrong; sisters, Terry Armstrong, Amy Kirkpatrick, Shannon Armstrong and her husband Steven Lundberg; brother, Sidney Armstrong; niece, Alicia Armstrong; nephew, Tristan Armstrong and grandmother, Ethel Curtis Gabbard. A memorial celebration will be held Monday, March 9 at the South Knoxville Optimist Club, 6101 Moore Road from 6 - 8 pm.
