SULLIVAN, HENRY WILSON - 78, of Townsend, passed away, Fri. afternoon, Nov. 17, 2000 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Veteran of the US Army having served during World War II. Preceded in death by parents, William & Julia Ledbetter Sulliavan; brother, Roy Sullivan and sister Kathryne Shuler. Survivors: son & daughter in law, William James "Bill" & Angela Sullivan of Knoxville; grandchildren, Josh Sullivan, Patrick Sullivan, Maggie Sullivan & Libby Sullivan; sister, Ola Strickland of Townsend; brothers, Hubert Sullivan & Clyde Sullivan both of Townsend; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 11 a.m. Mon. Nov. 20, 2000 at Tuckaleechee United Methodist Church in Townsend, Rev. Rick Clowers officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service at the church. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sun. at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
