Bailey Jr., both of Andersonville,daughters,Kim Smith of Claxton, Elanda Mason of Powell, and Leora Seiber of Andersonville,brother, the Rev.Tony Seiber of Spartanburg,S.C., a sister, Delores Baxter of Andersonville,eight grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held today (Wednesday) at Temple Baptist Church with the Rev.Dr.Clarence Sexton officiating.Burial was at Tennessee Valley Memory Gardens.Tennessee Valley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
