Survivors include wife, Anna Ruth Bailey; children, Kim Smith and husband Mike, Robert Bailey, Jr. and wife Sheila, and Elanda Mason and husband Gregg; step-children, Darin Reagan and wife Betsy, and Sharon Jones and husband Charles; sister, Nancy Gibson and husband Ray; brother, Bill Brabson; 8 grandchildren; 5 step-grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; father-in-law, Fred Seiber; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 25, 2008, in the chapel at Bridges Funeral Home with Rev. Ronald Reagan officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 AM Wednesday at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for the interment. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday at Bridges Funeral Home, 5430 Rutledge Pike, 865-523-4999.
