Survivors include: Loving wife, Carla Everett Crisp; Sons, Roy & Sam Crisp; Sister, Ethellean and husband Jackie Vineyard of GA; Brothers & Sisters-in-law, Lynn & Pat Crisp, Ricky & Annette Crisp of GA, David & Sue Crisp, Lewis & Kathy Crisp, Jimmy & Pam Crisp all of Maryville; Brother-in-law & wife, Rex & Jenny Everett; Special friends, Wayne & Sharon Anderson; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
