Miller, Evelyn Marie age 72 went home to be with the Lord October 17, 2008. there she joined her husband James of 51 years, her daughter Judy Hall, and two sons David & Benny, also preceded in death by sister; Cora Miller, brothers Cecil, Willie, Everette, James, & Frank Humphrey, parents Charles Paris, & Sarah Elizabeth Humphrey & several sisters-in-law, & brothers-in-law, father & mother-in-law; Sam & Mossie Miller. She was a long time member of Texas Valley Church & a retiree from Knox County Schools. Survivors; daughters & sons; Linda (Steve) Humphrey, Elizabeth (Mike) Beeler, James Allen(Rebecca) Miller & Robert (Denise) Miller, son-in-law Mike Hall, grandchildren; Brad(Calley) Pique, Jennifer(Brad) Letner, Steffanie(D.J.) Lawson, Sherry(Michael) Day, Brian Farmer, Brandon, Amy, & Rachel Miller, James(Jennifer) Wright, Christopher Pique, Jeremy Wright. 15 grandchildren, several sisters & brothers-in-law, many wonderful nieces & nephews. Our special thanks to St. Mary’s Hospice, Wilma Drinnon for her excellent care of our mother, Wanda Hopson, David & Norma Reagan for their love, & Curtis & Joy Tindell for their many visits & wonderful prayers. Contributions may be made to the Thompson Cancer Survival Center in honor of Judy Hall. Service 8 pm Monday Mynatt's Funeral Home Halls Chapel. Rev. Charles Tindell & Rev. Ernest Drinnon officiating. Family & friends will meet 10:15 am Tuesday at Mynatt's Funeral Home Halls Chapel and proceed to Texas Valley Cemetery for interment at 11 am. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 pm Monday at Mynatt's Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
