MOORE, CHARLES LEE age 71 of Knoxville, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at Ft. Sanders Regional Hospital. He was a longtime member of Greater Warner AME Zion Church where he served as Choir Director, Musician Soloist and past Chairman of Trustee Board. He graduated from Austin High in 1953 and attended Tuskegee University. He was retired from TVA after 26 years of service as an Engineer Associate. Preceded in death by: parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lillie Mae (Kaiser) and Roosevelt Driscol, Sr.; mother and father-in-law, Churchill Everett and Eula Armstrong Moore; sister and brother-in-law, Lillie Ann and Charles Fraley; uncles and aunts, Roy and Lucille Kaiser, Rev. Albert and Millie Kaiser; aunts, Leola Singleton and Mattie Kaiser; cousin, Anna Bell Moss; nephew, Donald A. Gauntt, Jr.; sister-in-law, Rev. Dr. Gloria S. Moore; brother-in-law, Joseph McCray and longtime family friend, Mary Manuel. Survivors: wife, Lavonia Moore; son, Clyde (Tina) Moore, Sr.; daughters, Chriscilla Moore, all of Knoxville, Candace (Terance) Washington of Marietta, Georgia; grandchildren, Talesha Moore, Clyde Moore, Jr., Arielle Moore and Aaron Moore; great grandson, DaVontae Moore, all of Knoxville; siblings, Elder Rufus (Audrey) Driscol of Knoxville, Geraldine Hayes, Celestine (Printincen) Smith, Roberta ((Frank) Green, Roosevelt Driscol, Jr., Benny Driscol, Kenneth "Wayne" (Daphne) Driscol, all of Alabama, Bruce Driscol of California; sisters-in-law, Paula Newton, LaFreda (Richard) Odom, Sherwood (James) Davis; brother-in-law, Rev. Churchill W. Moore, Sr., all of Knoxville; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A special thanks to the staff at Ft. Sanders Hospital 3rd and 9th floors. The family will receive friends from 5-6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at Greater Warner Tabernacle AME Zion Church, 3800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Ave. with services immediately following, Rev.
