The future bridegroom is the grandson of Johnny Williams, of Knoxville, the late Louise Williams, Bill Webb, of Knoxville, and the late Louise Webb. The bride-to-be is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Memphis, with a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. She is a dental hygienist in Seymour. The bridegroom-to-be is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He is an engineer for the city of Knoxville.
