Their family includes daughters and sons-in-law, Tamra Walker, of Maryville, and the late Arthur (Art) Walker, and Kelly and Robert Simerly, of Maryville. They have two grandchildren, Jared and Kelsi Walker, of Maryville. Mr. Potter is retired from Blaine Construction. Mrs. Potter is retired as owner of Margaret's Boutique. They are members of Piney Grove Baptist Church, Chilhowee View Community Center and Lake Tansi POA.
