She was a member of Springhill Baptist Church. Brenda was a seamstress at the Standard Knitting Mill in Knoxville. Preceded in death by parents, Lawrence & Beulah Keck Coward. Born May 16, 1945 in Anderson County. Survivors: sister, Betty Moody and husband Ralph of Knoxville; nephews, Tony Moody of Knoxville, Michael Moody & wife Cindy of Knoxville, Gary Moody & wife Marsha of Knoxville, Daryl Moody of Cincinnati, Ohio; 3 grandnieces and 1 grandnephew; several aunts and uncles; special friends, Mayse Griffin & Carolyn Jones. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Friday, November 26, 1999 at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton with memorial service following at 8 p.m. in the chapel. Rev. B.E. Dutton officiating.
