He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Larry White, of Newport; brothers, Carl Coggins , of Newport, Wallace Coggins , of NJ, and John Coggins , of Newport; sisters, Winnie Carroll, of Newport, Melvina Blackwell, of Newport, and Annie James, of Jefferson City; grandson and his wife, Jason and Larissa White, of Newport.
