Preceded in death by father, Rev. Charles James "Jim" Wilcox, grandparents, Charles and Lillian Wilcox, and Norman Hodges. Survivors: mother, Dora Kate Hodges Wilcox; sisters and brothers-in-law, Amy Wilcox Vinsant and husband Bo, and Lisa Wilcox Thompson, and husband Bryan; grandmother, Gaisy Usher Hodges; nieces and nephews, Halie Vinsant, Hannah Vinsant, Andrew Thompson, and Clay Thompson; aunts and uncles, Calvin and Faye Hodges, Norma and Julian Sconyers, Ann Hardin, and Sandra Stoffell; several cousins, other relatives and friends. Friends may call from 10 A.M. to 5:30 P.M Wednesday at Walters Funeral Home. Family and friends will then proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery and Memorial Gardens for 6:00 P.M. Graveside service with Rev. Lynn Ray, Rev. Doug Clem, and Rev. Jimmy Herron officiating. Oration by Mrs. Betty King, music by Lauren Roberts and Rev. David Shepherd.
