She was preceded in death by her husband, Estel Brown, daughter, Melanie Brown Gates, mother and father, Freeman A. Billings and Maggie Baker, stepfather, Frank B. Wilson. Survivors include: children, Marcia Brown King and husband Larry, Stefan Estel Brown and wife Laura, Leanna Brown Belew and husband Mike; sister Peggy Billings Bartlett and husband Robert; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; special friend, Ralph Rodriguez and wife Donna. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Monday September 12, 2011, at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will be at 7 p.m. with Rev. Greg Long officiating. Interment will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, September 13, 2011, at Grandview Cemetery.
