She was a member of First Baptist Church of Concord. Preceded in death by husband, David Cobble; parents, Kennis and Hattie Mae Dowda. Survived by son, Daniel Cobble of Lenoir City; sister, Mary Lou Roland of Knoxville; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Kathy Dowda of Kingsport; nephews, Lee Roland of Knoxville, Clinton Dowda, Lawrence Dowda and niece, Sarah Dowda all of Kingsport; special aunts, Oma Cox of Powell and Ao Carroll of Clinton. Family and friends will meet at 1:30 pm Monday at Weaver's to proceed to Lynch Bethel Cemetery for a 2 pm graveside service. Rev. Steve Peek officiating.
