WISHART , FRANCES NEWMAN (PARKER) - age 83 of Knoxville, died 5:50 a.m. Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at the home of her daughter. She was a member of Alice Bell Baptist Church and a member of Mary-Martha Sunday School Class. Preceded in death by: first husband and children's father, C.C. Parker second husband, Lowell S. Wishart parents, William and Lucy Newman brothers, Hubert, Don, and Curtis Newman sisters, Willie Gardner and Freeda Groseclose. Survivors: daughter, Nancy Hollifield of Knoxville son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Rosemary Parker of Maryville step daughter, Carolyn Gutelius and husband, Skip of Memphis step son, Robert Wishart of Florida grandchildren, Amy Hollifield of Knoxville, Stephanie and husband Alan Pierce of Maryville, Kimberly and James Mackey of Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany great-grandchildren, Nick, C.J., Christian, and Taylor Pierce of Maryville brother, Glen and wife Jean Newman of Knoxville brother-in-law, Eldon and wife Jean Wishart sisters-in-law, Mary Alyce Wishart and Ione Fielden several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Wednesday in Stevens Chapel with Rev. Greg Long of Maryville officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:45 p.m., Thursday at Lynnhurst Cemetery for a 2:00 p.m. graveside service and interment. Rev. Toby Everett officiating. Pallbearers: Christian Pierce, David Gardner, Rev. Dennis Newman , and Jeff Newman . Honorary pallbearers: Mary-Martha Sunday School Class. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at N. Broadway. Mrs. Wishart 's guest book is also available at:
