JULIAN , CLARENCE E., - age 78, of South Knoxville, went to be with Jesus, Tuesday, August 12, 2003, at Baptist Hospital. Attended High Praise Church in Friendsville, Tenn. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in the European Theater. He was the owner of the former Union Sandwich Shop and currently an employee at the Medicine Shoppe on Chapman Highway. Preceded in death by parents, William Mark and Lona Stephens Julian brothers, Haskel, Bernie, and Jack Julian sister, Mary Katherine Coleman. He is survived by loving wife of 56 years, Lois Julian son, Michael Julian and wife, Sue, of Lenoir City daughters, Diane Gibson and husband Bobby, of Greenback, Jeanie Broome and husband, Doyle of Greenback, and Kathy Reagan and husband, Eddie of Knoxville 11 grandchildren 12 great-grandchildren brother, Carl Julian and wife, Mary Jane of Memphis special nephew, Bill Julian of Knoxville life-long friend, Herbert Henry of Knoxville several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Berry Chapel, with Reverend Jackie Midkiff officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Friday, at Woodlawn Cemetery for graveside services. Full military honors will be provided by East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard.
