MCCARTER, WANDA INGLE - age 76 of Knoxville passed away Wednesday at Brakebill Health Care Center. She was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church and retired Secretary for Knox Farmers Co-op. Preceded in death by her parents Walter and Delia Ingle; her husband, W.R. (Mac) McCarter; and great grandsons, Jacob and Ronald Moreno. She is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Robert L. McCarter and wife Sue of Lenoir City, Ronald E. McCarter and wife Nancy of Knoxville; grandchildren, Rob McCarter & wife Angie, Melissa Ayers and husband Brad, Callie McCarter, Tony Moreno, Sarah Flanigan and husband Brad; great grandchildren, Katelyn, Justin, Jason and Erika. Special thanks to Dr. Cynthia Pearman, Lori Cooper and staff at Brakebill Health Care Center. Funeral service 8:00 P.M. Friday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. David Harkins of Sevier Heights Baptist Church officiating. Family and friends will meet at the entrance to Sherwood Memorial Gardens Saturday at 10:45 A.M. for a 11:00 A.M. interment.
