She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Millsaps; parents, Fonze and Cindy Cable; three brothers; two sisters; and son-in-law, Jim Payne. She is survived by her son, Bob Millsaps; daughter, Sarah Lou Payne; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Robert “Buster” Cable. Family and friends may call at their convenience from12:00 PM until 5:00 PM Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at Miller Funeral Home. The family will meet at 1:30 PM Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home for a procession to Forest Hill Cemetery for the graveside service at 2:30 PM, with Rev. Obie Campbell officiating.
