Irene Fisher Bradley, 82, of Long Branch Road, Marshall, passed away Thursday, Oct. 28, 2004, at her home.
A native and lifelong resident of Madison County, Mrs. Bradley was the daughter of the late Luther and Sue Crowder Fisher. She was member of Madison Seminary Baptist Church and a retired seamstress.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bradley was preceded in death by her husband, Sankey Bradley, who passed away in 1999, three sisters and one brother.
Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Nancy Bradley of Pisgah Forrest, Aldon and Sheila Bradley of Burnsville and Charles and Linda Bradley of Marshall; grandchildren, Timothy, David, Donna, Chad, Mandy, Jason, Brian and Chasity; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Mable Jenkins of Asheville; and brother, Harry Fisher of Weaverville.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Madison Seminary Baptist Church. The Revs. H.L. Wilson and Steve Honeycutt will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Madison Funeral Home. At other times the family will be at the home of Charles Bradley, 182 Paradise Ridge, Marshall.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Madison Seminary Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 1828 N.C. 213, Marshall, NC 28753.
