She was of the Baptist Faith. Preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Rosa Lee Lemons. Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Harvey Brookshire; son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Carolyn Brookshire of Louisville, Ky.; son, Steve Brookshire of Maryville; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Tom Plemons of Maryville; grandchildren; Melissa Franklin and husband Keith of Maryville, Jessica Shaw and husband Justin of Louisville, Ky., Eric Plemons and wife Sabra of Knoxville; great-grandchildren, Shane Franklin and Xander Shaw; sisters-in-law, Alma Roberts of Maryville, Iva Brookshire of Maryville, Dot Long of Lenoir City and Sue Huffstettler of Greenback. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and entombment at 11:00 a.m., Monday, March 7, 2005, at Grandview Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Scott Huffstettler officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Blount Memorial Hospice, 1095 East Lamar Alex. Pkwy., Maryville, TN 37804.
