She was born October 7, 1937 in Tamaroa, IL and lived in Chicago, IL and Maryville, TN before moving to Columbia, MO in 2011. She retired from Levi Strauss after working for many years in both the Maryville & Powell plants. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Hoover Rogers, brother, Junior Ray Fisher; sister, Elizabeth (Sam) Macaluso; sister, Alberta (Ralph) Bond; sister, Gladys Medina and sister, Jean Medina. Survived by daughter, Sherry (Mike) Atchley of Columbia, MO; son, Ray (Brenda) Rogers of Friendsville, TN; daughter, TA Marion and partner Vicki Thomas of Sevierville, TN; son, James Rogers of Friendsville, TN. Also survived by 6 beloved grandchildren, Kylee (Al) Shaw of Mokena, IL; Ryan Evans of Frankfort, IL; Megan Rogers of Friendsville, TN; Allison (Mike) Trammell of Columbia, MO; Meredith (Justin) Ritter of Kearney, MO and Adam Evans of Clayton, NC . She was the great-grandmother to Avery Shaw; Andrew Trammell; William, Grace and James Ritter; Wyatt, Caitlyn and Valerie Evans. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Miller Funeral Home, Magnolia Chapel, with interment to follow at Marble Hill Cemetery.
