Stillwell; parents, Dillard and Lizzie Campbell Black; sisters, Bernice McCarter, Mary Grace Ford; brothers, Talmadge, Hebe and Kenneth Black. She is survived by her son, Jeffery Scott Stillwell, of Caldone, Minn; daughter and son-in-law, Shelly and Terry Franklin, of Parrottsville; grandchildren, Lydia Couch and husband Wesley, of Parrottsville, Erica Paige Franklin and her special friend, Heather Atkins, of Parrottsville; brother, Dee Black, of Denton; sisters, Betty Smith, of Newport, Ruby Husta, of NJ; special little friend, Squisky. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Wednesday, February 27, 2008 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Bishop David Edmond and Bishop Clint Hurley officiating. Burial will be 10:00 am, Thursday, February 28, 2008 in White Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral. Manes Funeral Home in charge.
