He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Roy and Della Smith; brothers, I J Smith and Jack Smith; sister, Frances Cunningham; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Anna Laura and Steve Webb, Sr. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Nancy Smith; daughter, Tracey Ellison and grandson, Justin Ellison; brother-in-law, Steve Webb, Jr. and sisters-in-law, Brenda Crumbley, Margaret Smith and Evelyn Smith; also several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
