He was preceded in death by his father Estes Ellison; grandparents, Joel and Pearl James, Bertie and Elizabeth Ellison; also several aunts and uncles. He is survived by is wife, Tracey Ellison; son, Justin Lee Ellison; mother, Swannie Ellison all of Newport; brother, Joey Ellison and wife Sherry of White Pine; sister, Deborah Ellison of Newport; father –in-law and mother-in-law, Fred “Bud” and Nancy Smith of Newport; niece, Shannon Allen and husband Larry of Sevierville; great nephew, Evan Wade Allen of Sevierville; special cousin, Gary “Worm” Ellison of Newport; also several other cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Wednesday, February 13, 2008 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steven Swann officiating. Burial will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, February 14, 2008 in Ellison Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
