Margie Phillips Woody, 71 of High Point, passed away Monday, May 30, 2016 at the Hospice Home at High Point. Born May 2, 1945 in Cosby, Tennessee, she is a daughter of the late Henry Ford and Thelma Phillips Davis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kenneth Woody, and her brother John P. Davis She is survived by four sons, Charles Kenneth Woody and wife Kacy of High Point, North Carolina, James Michael Woody and wife Linda of White Pine, Tennessee, Matthew Jason Woody and wife Kate of Billings, Montana, and Andrew Travis Woody of White Pine, Tennessee; also surviving are grandchildren, Ian Woody, Logan Woody, Ceclia Woody, and Angel Owens; and two great-grandchildren Ethan and Vincent, brother Danny Davis and wife Tina of Watkinsville, Georgia. Memorial Service will be 7:00 pm, Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Manes Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Harkleroad officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 Saturday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the service. Family and friends may sign the guest register online at www.manesfuneralhome.com.
