He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar (Edd) Ford; mother, Burdette Johnson Marra; beloved grandparents, Carmen and Cordia (McGaha) Johnson and Lawson and Carrie Ford; aunts and uncles, Walter (Dock) and Aubrey Lee (McGaha) Johnson, Nancy Johnson, Artemus Breeden, Genieve (Ford) and Jess McGaha, Creola (Ford) and Patton Duckett. He is survived by beloved brothers and their wives, Dwight and Denise (Reed) Marra of Newport, Anthony and Caroline (Whitehead) Marra of Dandridge, Darius and Tracy (Ebinger) Marra of Dandridge, Timothy and Edie Ford of Talbot; special nieces, Chandie Marra Clark of Parrottsville and Emily Ford of Morristown, Whitney Marra Cocco, Christian Marra, and Natalia Marra; nephew, Samuel (Sam) Marra; great-nephews, Jackson Clark and Braylon Cocco; great-niece, Ambrie Campbell. He also leaves a host of special cousins and friends. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, October 21, 2013 at Union Cemetery with Rev. Mike Hensley officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday, October 20, 2013 at Manes Funeral Home.
