Ball, of Bybee, and Jackie Gale Andes, Greene Valley Developmental Center, Greeneville, Tenn.; brothers, Oliver (Jerry) Arms, Oscar James Arms, Bybee; Henry Arms Jr., Morristown; Jessie Wayne Arms, Whitesburg; grandchildren, Crystal Shantel Stepp and husband, William A., and Carman Sheree Coakley and husband, Scott; very special sister-in-law, Ruth Arms, Bybee; very special friends, Jean Sheets, Lucille Davis, and Waco Morgan; great-grandchildren, Christopher Allen Williams, Elizabeth Nicole (Nikki) Williams, William Lucas Stepp, and Ravin Shyann Coakley.
