Orr Jr. age 49 of Newport passed away Saturday morning at the Life Care Center of Greeneville. He was employed by Freeman’s Furniture. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Ethel Orr; sisters Hattie Marie Williams and Margaret Orr. He is survived by his daughters: Amanda Orr of Newport, Katie, and Anna Rose Orr; son Jacob Orr of Del Rio, and the mother of his children Anita Orr of Del Rio. Brothers: Bill and wife Mary Orr, and Brian Smith of Newport. Sisters: Mary Shelton of Indiana, and Jenny and husband Arnold Worley of Parrottsville. He will be missed by several nieces and nephews, and special friends Yaulanda Smith and Bobby Grooms of Newport. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m Monday, December 18, 2006 at the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Blazer Cemetery.
